Language of Stone (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What We Collect
Mailing list signup: If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address. Signup uses a double opt-in process, meaning you’ll receive a confirmation email and must click a link before you’re added to the list. We use Brevo (brevo.com) to manage this list and send occasional newsletters about releases, tour dates, and label news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Contact form: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content, solely to respond to your inquiry.
Standard site data: Like most websites, our hosting and content management system (WordPress) may automatically log basic technical information (such as browser type and IP address) for security and site functionality. We don’t use this data for tracking or advertising purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above only to: send newsletters to mailing list subscribers, respond to contact form inquiries, and maintain basic site security. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
This site uses Brevo for email newsletters and WPForms for our contact form. Both services process the data described above on our behalf. We link out to Bandcamp and Diggers Factory for music and merchandise; those are separate services with their own privacy practices, not covered by this policy.
Your Rights
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. To request that we delete your contact form submission or mailing list data, email us at hello@languageofstone.com.
